Shop at Kiddiposh

If you already know which item you want to purchase, type its name or keywords in the “Search” box on the top right hand corner. You can also find an item based on its product type by clicking on a category. Click on the picture or name of your selected product and it will take you to the product page.

On the Product page, when given option, please select size, color, or other relevan atributes. Select the number of items you wish to buy, and click “Add to Cart”

Products that are On Sale, Exclusive, or Limited Availability are shown on the front pages. Or you can click on the icon search on top right web page.

We will try as much as possible to accommodate your special requests by filling the box special request area on the checkout page. But to be sure, please contact Kiddicare@kiddiposh.com.

Profile and Account

Please go to “My Account” and then “Account Detail” change your email address there. The next time you log in, your previous email address can no longer be used for login.

Cancellation and Returns

Actually if you have made your  payment we cannot cancel your transaction or non-refundable. If your payment is processed and you would like to cancel your order, please contact Kiddicare and we will try our best.

Apparels, shoes, and bags can be exchanged for a different size with no charge, subject to availability. All merchandises, unless otherwise noted, can be returned with 20% restocking fee. Some items cannot be returned due to special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.

Merchandise must be returned unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal. If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.

Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants and sanitary reasons.

  • Sent us an email

Within 10 (ten) working days of merchandise receipt, please sent us email to kiddicare@kiddiposh.com with subject return (name of product). For faulty items, please attach photos highlighting the stated defects.

Within 1 working day, our Kiddiposh Care team will send you an approval email for your return request.

  •  Print return authorization

Please print the return authorization and place it inside your shipping package.

  • Send product to us

Upon receipt of  Approval email, you have 2 working days to send your product to Kiddiposh Return Center in its original condition and packaging. Here’s the address:

  • Receive your exchange/refund

Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
